Special Offer

The special offer is only for a One Pager Portfolio or Personal Website to make your next interview or client meeting more professional. The page will include your content (Images, Videos, Text), a contact form for visitors to reach you directly as well as links to your social media handles. Client can have preferred domain names however we will provide what is available at that time of signing.

An initial deposit of 2 month subscription fee is required for the development to commence. Thereafter, a subscription fee will be charged on a monthly basis. Non-payment will incur late fees and potential unpublishing of the website.

The responsibilities of the client is to provide timely feedback, necessary resources, and access to relevant information. e.g CV, Portfolio Document, Event Details, Contact Details, etc. (Images, Video, Text)

The website will come with a minimum contract of 3 years on a monthly subscription model. Alternatively, the client may purchase the website upright.

NDA will need to be signed to protect sensitive information shared during the development process.

Either party can terminate the contract, such as breach of terms, failure to pay, or dissatisfaction with the services provided.

Revisions: The offer comes with 3 revisions during the development phase and changes above this limit may come with additional fees.

Hosting and Maintenance: Hosting and maintenance are included in the monthly fee.

Ownership and Rights: Technica owns the website design, content, and domain name after completion. However, the client has the right to use and modify the website as needed. The ownership automatically transfers to the client after 3 years of contract. Alternatively, the client may purchase the website upright giving them full ownership from the start.

Additional Services: Additional services are available for an extra fee. This can be anything from additional pages or upgrades to the website and digital marketing.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued on dissatisfaction with the final product or failure to deliver within the agreed timeframe. No refunds will be given thereafter.

Technical Support: Support will be available from the date of signing and through the contract duration.

Updates and Upgrades: Future updates or upgrades to the website will incur additional charges.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law: Any disputes or legal issues arising from the contract will be handled according to the Fijian Laws.

Communication Channels: The preferred communication channels for project updates, feedback, and inquiries are through emails and phone calls or messaging.

Scalability and Future Expansion: The website is scalable to accommodate additional pages and features based on availability.
